As a Principal Security Consultant, Stephen is responsible for code review methodology, techniques, and tools. In his 13 year long career in cyber, Stephen led consultant teams performing developer training on secure coding practices, integrating scanning tools into their workflow and CI/CD pipelines. He has also spent time building out Application Security teams for companies including mentoring junior members of his team and the developers in those companies. Before working in the Application Security space Stephen was a full-time developer in the C# ASP.Net technology stack.

Credentials and certifications earned include, Certified Secure Software Lifecycle Professional (CSSLP) and GIAC Web Application Defender (GWEB). They hold a Bachelor of Computer Science from McKendree University.
