Ethan Harrington

Ethan Harrington is the Founder and Principal of 221b Consulting and is responsible for all operations of the company.

Prior to founding 221b Consulting, Ethan held roles with increasing responsibilities as Director of Insurance, Integrated Risk Management and Corporate Security at H&R Block, Managing Director of Corporate Insurance & Risk Management at Charles Schwab, Senior Claims Representative at Gallagher Bassett, and Complex Property Coverage Claims Representative for Farmers Insurance.

Ethan has a reputation as a creative groundbreaker designing, developing, and implementing complex corporate insurance, enterprise risk management, crisis management and business continuity solutions. These solutions maximize opportunities for the organization and reduce expenses associated with unexpected operational outcomes.

Ethan holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Kansas. He also has Bachelor of Arts degrees in Business Administration as well as Managing Information Systems from Ottawa University.
