Introduction
The NetSPI Parent Holdings, LP (“NetSPI Parent”) group of companies (“NetSPI”) is committed to conducting all aspects of our business in observance of the highest ethical standards and expects all employees and other persons acting on its behalf, as well as its suppliers, partners, and subcontractors, to uphold this commitment.
In accordance with this commitment, NetSPI prohibits all forms of slavery, human trafficking, forced labor, and child labor in our operations and supply chain and works to minimize any associated risks. Irrespective of the circumstances, NetSPI will not tolerate forced labor, bonded or indentured labor, involuntary prison labor, slavery, or trafficking of persons in any of our own business operations or by any of NetSPI’s suppliers or affiliates or for any other purpose. This Modern Slavery Statement reflects NetSPI’s aspirations and efforts to be a principled and responsible corporation, in line with our values.
Organizational Structure and Business
NetSPI Parent is a Delaware limited partnership including NetSPI, LLC and its affiliated entities.
With headquarters located in Minneapolis, Minnesota, NetSPI, LLC is a global provider of penetration testing services. NetSPI prides itself in providing a proactive security solution used to discover, prioritize, and remediate security vulnerabilities of the highest importance, so businesses can protect what matters most. Employing over 600 people worldwide and maintaining offices across the U.S., Canada, United Kingdom, and India, NetSPI, LLC is able to leverage a unique combination of dedicated security experts, intelligent processes, and advanced technology to help security teams take a proactive approach to cybersecurity.
Supply Chain Understanding
NetSPI recognizes that it is crucial for us as an organization to have an oversight of our supply chains so that we can understand the risks of modern slavery along the chain and take action to mitigate against those risks.
As part of NetSPI’s commitment to combating slavey and human trafficking, we expect our suppliers to commit to acting ethically and with integrity in all of our business relationships and to identify and eradicate modern slavery and human trafficking should they ever arise in our supply chain. NetSPI strives to ensure that there is transparency in both our supply chain and our own business and look for the same standards from our contractors, suppliers and other business partners as we apply in our own business. NetSPI is committed to ensuring that this is a continuous, developing process.
Policies in Relation to Slavery and Human Trafficking
NetSPI has a zero-tolerance policy for slavery and human trafficking. NetSPI has appropriate policies in place that underpin our commitment to preventing any act of modern slavery and/or human trafficking in any part of our business.
NetSPI has adopted an Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy, as well as an accompanying whistleblowing policy that provides a system for our employees to escalate issues and breaches of our company policies. Such policies are provided to all NetSPI employees through NetSPI’s employee handbooks.
NetSPI continuously reviews and updates all company policies to ensure that such policies adequately support NetSPI’s commitment to acting ethically and with integrity in all of our business relationships, including implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure slavery and human trafficking are not taking place.

NetSPI takes responsibility for this Statement and its related objectives and will review and update it in accordance with The Act.
