NetSPI Names Nelson Rime to Head East Coast Office

Minneapolis, November 18, 2009 — NetSPI, a leading IT security consulting firm specializing in vulnerability assessment and program development, announced the appointment of Nelson Rime to launch its East Coast operations.

With the opening of NetSPI's office in the New York metropolitan area, Rime will be responsible for expanding the firm's business in the Eastern U.S.

Rime has over nine years' experience in the Information Security industry, the last five as a Senior Security Sales Consultant for Verizon Business/Cybertrust (VZB) in the NY Tri-State and Northeast territory. At VZB Rime offered a wide range of IT security products and services, specializing in solutions for large enterprises in the financial services, media, pharmaceutical and retail industries.

Prior to working with Verizon Business, Rime developed industry experience with companies such as Counterpane Internet Security and Vigilinx. Rime's experience includes frequent business development ventures with strategic partners such as Cisco, Juniper, McAfee and RSA in crafting solutions for his customers.

Rime is a graduate of the University of California-Berkeley with a bachelor's degree in Political Science.
