Minneapolis, October 9, 2009 — NetSPI, the information-security consulting firm, announced that Paul Easterday has joined the company as Controller.
Easterday was previously Controller for Creamette Pasta, owned by Borden, Inc., and was part of a management team that started Primo Piatto Pasta. Easterday then joined PriceWaterhouseCoopers, where he was an IT and business process consultant. He earned a B.A. in Accounting from the University of Arizona.

NetSPI, a privately held information-security consulting company, was founded in 2001.
